FSA Freezes Funds Linked To ARM ABS

The U.K.’s Financial Services Authority has frozen accounts at HSBC and NatWest that contain cash linked to ARM Asset-Backed Securities, the troubled life settlements fund, as part of the regulator’s probe into alleged regulatory breaches.
