Natixis has reorganised its global project finance business, which will be led by Benjamin Sirgue. The division will be based on four regions and will be supported by several sector teams.

David Fewtrell, the longest-serving board member of the Loan Market Association (LMA), has resigned as vice chairman of the trade body to concentrate on his day job at HSBC. He said he leaves it with a "solid structure in place".
