Bank of America Merrill Lynch has added Gonzalo Isaacs to its Latin America team to head syndications. Isaacs should join next month as managing director in the investment grade loan syndication group covering Latin America. Isaacs joins from BNP Paribas, where he had been a managing executive director.

Morgan Stanley has hired ex-HSBC banker Dan Toscano as co-head of global leveraged and acquisition finance in New York. He will head the group along with Gene Martin and will report to Raj Dhanda, head of global capital markets.
