ASEAN Bonds: Stronger together?
There is little doubt that southeast Asia's bond markets have plenty of room to grow in the coming years. But despite high hopes among senior bankers and policymakers, it seems likely that most of the growth will come from domestic buyers meeting domestic sellers — not from the much-discussed integration of capital markets in the region.
