Syndications help DMO to top of borrower table
The UK is the world’s biggest sovereign user of syndicated deals this calendar year, raising $36.9bn in net proceeds, comfortably ahead of Greece and Spain, and the third biggest user of syndicated deals overall, trailing KfW and the EIB. Ralph Sinclair spoke to the man behind the UK deals, the Debt Management Office’s Robert Stheeman.
