Ardagh gets tap, PIK and waits for IPO

Acquisition-hungry Ardagh showed over the last year how to raise money in the capital markets. With a high yield tap and an issue of PIK bonds, the Ireland-based packaging company is now reaching for an IPO, if market conditions improve. Stefanie Linhardt reports.
