Chinese internet companies have long turned to the US equity markets for cash, relying on North American investors’ experience of analysing technology stocks. However, several of these companies were battered in the secondary market last year and bankers now face a difficult task to overcome prevailing negative sentiment, reports Louisa Burwood-Taylor.
