Large reverse bid lays foundation for $723m Bangkok Dusit stake, local buyers at fore

Shareholders in Thai hospital chain Bangkok Dusit Medical Services raised Bt22.175bn ($723.6m) this week, after a large reverse enquiry from a domestic account covered almost half the deal, according to a banker familiar with the transaction.
