MTN offers attractive, private funding to savvy companies

European companies that are regular bond issuers have ready access to private placements in the form of Euro-MTNs. Although issuance was down in 2015, there is no shortage of demand, and with European investors likely to stay starved of yield next year, bankers expect an upsurge in issuance.
