As EM chief turns shirty, is there life after the capital markets?

Hasan Mustafa, head of CEEMEA debt capital markets and risk solutions at Royal Bank of Scotland until September last year, has this week launched his entrepreneurial venture, Collar Club, a shirt subscription and laundering service. But he is not the only capital markets banker to have moved far away from the debt capital markets business in recent years. Where are they now and is there really a world away from the square mile?
