Banks, investors, borrowers, lawyers and private equity houses are all invited to vote for the best performers of 2014. The winners will be revealed at the 12th Syndicated Loans and Leveraged Finance Dinner at the Guildhall in London on February 11, 2015.
A full list of categories for this year’s poll can be found below.
As always GlobalCapital has tried to reflect the changing dynamics of the loan market and to anticipate developing trends. With that in mind, this year’s loans poll includes new categories such as Investment Grade M&A Loan of the Year, as well as Schuldschein and Private Placement Deals of the Year.
The deadline for voting is Friday, November 21. Each institution only has one vote, so please sit down with your team and decide on your selection for each of the categories below before filling in the survey online.
To register and complete the poll please visit:

GlobalCapital’s awards are the only ones decided by the people in the loans market, and are based solely on a public vote — together with some feedback on an advisory basis from the Loan Syndicate Managers' Forum.
As in previous years, no organisation may vote for itself, though you may vote for deals you have arranged. Tactical voting and campaigning for votes are strictly forbidden and will result in disqualification.
If you have any questions or comments about the poll, please contact Dan Alderson, GlobalCapital’s loans editor, at dan.alderson@globalcapital.com. For details on attending the awards dinner in February, please contact Daniel Elton at daniel.elton@globalcapital.com.
