Propertize readies debut
Propertize, the agency responsible for winding up the assets of SNS Reaal’s property finance division, could bring its debut trade as early as this week. The issuer will be joined by Italian agency Cassa Depositi e Prestiti, which has mandated for a benchmark euro deal.
