Spain: from the edge of bail-out to non-stop blowouts

Incredibly for a country that was a candidate for an international bail-out in late 2012 — and whose banks only left a support package at the start of 2014 — Spain became something of a darling among eurozone sovereigns this year with some impressive and novel deals. But it has not quite finished its year of innovation, finds Craig McGlashan.
