Polish companies: bucking the European flight to bonds

In contrast to corporate borrowers from the rest of Europe, Poland’s companies have enjoyed the continued support of their banks throughout the financial crisis. But even though lending constraints have not forced them into the capital markets, increasingly attractive institutional investor appetite may yet entice them in, finds Nina Flitman.
