High yield aims to sustain high notes
The honeymoon will soon be over for high yield bonds. The market had an exceptional 2009, going from just one primary deal — healthcare group Fresenius’s Eu275m and $500m issue — in the first quarter, up from none last year, to beating global levels of leveraged loan issuance by the fourth quarter.
