Emerging, but for how long?
Ten years after the term BRICs appeared courtesy of a Goldman Sachs report, analysts are no closer to a strict definition of emerging markets. But their views on economies in the CEEMEA region indicate that some are closer to emergence. They may never acquire the ‘developed’ tag but, as Mark Baker reports, that no longer seems relevant.
