Chong Hing brings ‘switch’ capital to Asia

Chong Hing Bank is planning to sell a lower tier two deal with a twist, pitching investors this week on a ‘regulatory switch’ structure that will turn the subordinated deal to a senior issue if bank capital regulations change.
