Some banks to sit out boom in PACE ABS

The sector for Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) ABS is looking at a potential watershed year in 2016, and yet two large banks are reportedly avoiding the market, citing conflicts with the government-sponsored agencies (GSEs).
